Do you use Ship to addresses?
We do not use ship to addresses. The billing and shipping must match.
Can I change my shipping address once my order has been Place?
No. If you must change the shipping address we will have to cancel your order for you and you may re-order with the new address provided it is registered with your Charge Card company. We are sorry for the inconvenience, this is for your protection to prevent unauthorized charges and redirection of goods to an unauthorized address.
Some sites do not take phone calls. They say it enables them to keep their prices low. I have to e-mail them with questions, and then it takes 2-3 days to get an answer. What is your Phone Policy?
This is one of the major differences between us and some of the other parts sites. We do not make you choose between customer service and price. We realize that sometimes you need answers right away. Feel free to call us anytime (866-831-2622) and we'll be happy to talk with you.
What is a "VIN#" and where do I find it?
VIN is short for "Vehicle Identification Number". It is generally 17 digits long and can be found on a metal plate on the top of the dash pad on the drivers side of the vehicle, visible from the outside of the vehicle through the windshield. It is also found on your Vehicle Title, Registration and Insurance Documentation.
Why do you need my Vin#?
The Vin# is necessary in identifying the correct parts for a particular vehicle. With the Vin#, we can identify each and every Production Option for all vehicles produced beginning with the 1980 model year.
Do you sell Genuine Factory Nissan Parts?
We are a Nissan Authorized Dealer and sell Genuine Nissan Parts. These are the same parts you would purchase from any Authorized Nissan Dealership. Since we are one of the largest volume Nissan Parts Dealers in the Country, you receive the best service for the lowest possible price. In addition to Genuine Nissan Parts we sell name brand quality Hi-Performance Parts, Accessories, and Gift Items.
Do you have my part in stock?
In addition to our huge on-hand inventory, we work with a network of hundreds of parts warehouses across the country enabling us to fill and ship orders within 24 hours. In the unlikely event that a part has been placed on backorder or discontinued, we will do our best to find one for you as quickly as possible.
How will I know when my parts have shipped?
You will receive an e-mail when your parts have been shipped. This e-mail will give you the shipping and tracking information.
Can I add to my order after it has been placed?
An additional order would have to be created, shipping charges for the new order will generally be reduced or waived as long as the original order has not been shipped as of that point. Please contact us and add Notes to the new order to combine with your original order number. We can always send additional shipments to you. It’s never too late to order parts for your vehicle!
How long before my order ships?
Most orders are shipped within the first 24 hours (usually the same day if submitted before 3pm CST Mon - Fri) when the part is in stock, if the part is out of stock or has to be special ordered it will usually ship within 3 to 5 working days; in rare instances Nissan Motor Corp. or one of our other vendors is out of the part, which might delay your order longer, if this is the case we will notify you via email or phone on the status and ETA of your order.
We do not ship to P.O. Box?
We ship FedEx and can not ship to a Post Office Box, APO, FPO.
Do you ship outside the United States?
At this time we are only shipping to Upper 48 United States.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Online we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express. Also Checks and Money Orders can mailed to us, and your order will ship when the payment clears (please allow 5 to 7 business days for checks to clear).
What method of shipping do you use?
Our preferred method of shipping is Fed Ex Ground, they give excellent service, are extremely reliable, and very reasonable priced. Shipping prices are based on rates to ship within the upper 48 States, orders placed for all other areas will be accessed upon receipt of the part ordered if not in stock. Any additional shipping charges will be emailed to you for your approval prior to shipment.
Oversize or Heavy Items
Some items may require additional freight charges due to physical weight or dimensional weight of the item. You will be notified for your approval before shipping if additional freight charges are required.
Bumpers, Fenders, Large Body Panels, Vehicle Length Drip Moldings, Glass, Etc. Can Not be shipped safely without damage.
(Orders placed for Unavailable, Discontinued, or Non Shippable items will be cancelled and refunded.)
What if I need my part faster?
Virtually any method of shipment is available upon request. Just tell us your needs and we will try to accommodate them. We can ship parts via Next Day Air up until 3PM CST.

We attempt accuracy on all images applied to products, however occasionally a product will change from Year to Year or have been redesigned for the applications and will not be the same size, color, or shape. Core returns must be returned to us in the original Nissan Box and must be complete upon return for credit to be applied. Core return time guidelines follow the same as standard returns posted here.
Parts may be returned for up to 30 days from date of delivery. The part(s) you wish to return must be in the original Nissan or Manufacturers Packaging (Aftermarket/Hi-Performance), and must be in sell-able condition. Return items may be exchanged or refunded less the shipping charges, all return shipping charges are customers responsibility unless stated otherwise when a Return Materials Authorization is set up. A 15% - 20% restocking fee may apply on some orders and will be communicated prior to credits being applied.
Restocking Charges will apply to the following conditions.

All Items shipped Free Shipping or Shipping included in item price without an additional freight charge will be subject to return shipping fees being the responsibility of customer. Return shipping or fee's will be compound with any restocking fee that may apply if the order is refused for delivery. We will only accept return shipping responsibility if a return is determined to be due directly to our action causing the order to be wrong. We will issue a call tag and cover return shipping expenses on items shipped incorrectly or miss packaged.
